As for the feasibility of the project, we can see that it is a project of great importance, in which it is recommended that people always study very well their export proposals, their shipments and others, this because an error in an export can cost thousands of dollars in loss, in addition to this the loss of confidence of our buyer, also that as far as possible try to be a direct seller, in order to maximize profits and to have a much more winning company, so we can expand investment in the company, give more jobs to people in our country, we will help the country's economy improve and be much better in economic and social aspects.
Conclusions
In financial terms, the export project is viable and profitable, so exporting sugarcane honey to Singapore is highly feasible. We have been researching the prices of this product packaged at 370 milliliters and found that it has a final consumer price of 4 USD. Taking into account that our cost in dollars is 1.86 USD, we offer a profit margin to the distributor of approximately 2.14 USD per unit.
The major products of molasses (cane honey) are Brazil and India, this generates a serious competition for us, because India is located in the same geographical area as Singapore and surely its selling price will be lower than ours. Nevertheless, we would have to compete with a product of excellent quality to be able to face the low cost that India can offer.
We can conclude that in the area of marketing it is of great importance that we have very clear processes at the time of exporting, this because it will leave us a good image with our customers, we will increase the confidence between seller and consumer, so that in this way we are making a good image as a company.
